So I got a call from this company. Allstate paid for 30 days of their “services.” My last day isn’t until end of November. I felt a big sales push from them. I did some research and their services are not good. Some sites refer to them as a scam. They want you to pay for services after the free time. Just a heads up. Your time and money are too important for this.

I was impacted and my last day is end of november. Please be aware that certain positions in talent connect are so that if you do not accept their offer, they can withhold your severance. I just applied to a position and found this out.
Allstate is their most frequent client.
Lee Hecht Harrison...we were also given 30 days service last year when we were hit with layoffs. I called, l/m, was told I'd get a follow up call to schedule a day to meet to go over resume, etc...no call. I called again...l/m no c/b. Fortunately by that time, I'd found another job with more money. Proceed with caution with this company.
I guess pkgs are different because I have the use of them for 6 months.
I was thoroughly unimpressed with LHH. My contact would read directly from a script, and to make matters worse, chided me for asking questions when he hadn't finished.
Use them to help you with resume writing. They were way better than the classes that Allstate offered. I have been getting interviews using my updated resume. I would agree with you on the other services.
I was laid off in 2016. Not impressed with their services at all. I had 90 days. This was in Buffalo Grove IL
