I literally just watched a bit on CNBC, where the topic was AT&T media and streaming services, and Stanky’s inability to find success. Speculation is that his time is limited. How the hell did we get stuck with these losers?

Stop hiring BellHeads into the CEO position and find candidates who have led companies where the profitably innovated understanding what customers want and need and able to hang on to talented leaders by letting them participate and manage.

This is what happens when you hire your friends as opposed to the best man for the job. It creates a culture of ineptitude. How many times have we seen someone get “ promoted” that is no where near qualified for that position. Just like the old saying goes. Its not what you know but who you know.

The Board of Directors are not independent and are puppets of management in return for $400k retainer fees, private jet travel, country club junkets and perks!! Most of them could not even find their way around an Excel spreadsheet to do any independent financial analysis.
