If i hear one more manager spout off about how amazing their self actualized team is doing i am going to throw up. If your workers are self actualized we dont need you anymore right?

Imanage was deployed as a fog screen for mass exodus of employees around 2018. HR, as usual, deployed this pathetic initiative focused on the mantra that mangers were the issue. BS! Employees were and are still placed in 9-block ratings that are unethical. This 9-block process has destroyed great employees. Until Honeywell realizes this process is unethical and damaging, imanage will continue. For a fact, I challenged the 9-block process as a manager and was RIFd. I’m back though , just to feed the family. Every manager, supervisor, director and some VPs I personally know disagrees with imanage as as solution and the application of 9-block and the mandate of percentage per block.

All the presenters are talking out of their behinds and I cringe everytime the mention of excited, amazing, fantastic is uttered. I could drown with all of their aura emitting which had no care for all the jobs that were sacrificed and work left over. Bloody cheerleaders without an idea what or why they are cheering for
