Does anybody know if technicians will be laid-off in October anywhere else in the country since some areas still have not yet been affected?

There were 12 comm techs surplused in Atlanta on 9/15 along with a few clerical titles elsewhere
Leg-T surplus would have been Sept 15 if there was one.
Anywhere else from where?
