Are you kidding me?!? Everyone at ATT is 50+!!! Heck, There are canes, walkers, and scooters all over the place! Employees are most concerned w/sick days, healthcare insurance, and pharmacy card!

You can contact a lawyer who can advise on if starting an age investigation is appropriate.
I see age discrimination mentioned here often but I don't think that across the board att has a major agenda to get rid of older workers. Att is cutting jobs which will impact all age groups.
I also frequently see posts from employees complaining about older workers who won't retire to save a younger persons job.
That contradicts the idea that att targets all older workers
When I was laid off in 2001, they sent me a list sorted by age of everyone laid off. You can rest assured they cover themselves well on that.
hard to prove. there has to be a pattern of age discrimination. go to media first exposing the truth.
There would be no point to it. Even when there is an investigation and it is determined that yes, age discrimination happened, nothing comes out of it. Just look at IBM.
