1-Project started in 2015 to be competed by 2019

**Thee commission received hundreds complaints from residents who said they were told by AT&T that they were not eligible for service.

2-AT&T refused, to answer the most basic questions of a regulator

3-Service Commissioner Brandon Presley has signed an investigative subpoena for records from AT&T

4- Request by Public Utilities Staff continued to be ignored by AT&T.
“AT&T has pocketed $283,780,632 of public money related to the company's claim to have made internet service available to 133,000 locations in the state through the Connect America Fund, a federal program for expanded broadband in rural areas of the U.S.

5- After the information was released to the press, AT&A agreed to comply on Sept. 17.

Conclusion: Officials said in their letter Tuesday that an investigation by the Public Service Commission found “concrete, specific examples” of homes where AT&T reported to the federal government that it had made service available, but that service was not actually provided.

6- AT&T "no comment"

7-After public outcry AT&T agrees ti the terms of the signed agreement.

To aid in the investigation, Presley asks any Mississippian who was promised fixed wireless internet service from AT&T, but did not receive it or had poor fixed wireless service to contact him at 1-800-637-7722 or by email at northern. district@psc.ms.gov.

It’s surpassed that number. Low income families make up a great deal of the consumers. I work here.

AT&T execs get caught with hands in cookie jar,look like tge 2 year project is goun to be a 10 year project as now have to do the work they got pay to do in first place...Karma
