No lie 8 of us have left in less than a year. The BS was too much, the new director is a complete clown. So happy I'm finally gone . Don't expect anything to get better..it hasn't and it won't!

Me too. A COT about to leave that is. They moved a National Tech into our dept and he loved it. Good worker, played dumb but in fact knew a lot as he was in the CO years ago. Could be counted on for help anytime you needed him, and a hard worker. In comes his old boss as our new boss and he bailed at the first chance he got.
I should have asked to go also but didn't think it could get any worse, I stayed. But it has. Now we have the new bosses pet technician working with us. This guy hasn't done a legit days work in 20 years and every time you mention work, he suddenly disappears.
I never thought I would hate the place as bad as I do. I am out of here at the first chance.
That place is a joke! Leave if you can and don’t look back!
I'm a COT about to leave. Done with this organization. Its absurd at this point. The rest of the pension isnt worth it.
