Chairman’s Team just got announcement they are all gone with 90 day notices for them, last day is December. This was Announced to them this morning!

@icy+17buf36h I can confirm as an underwriter that exception authority was taken away at new business. It has moved to a more automated process therefore taking away our ability to accurately ‘underwrite.’ The company got us hyped for these changes and how we will stay competitive and ‘underwriting transformation’ but with reading comments from other departments and seeing what may be coming our way, I am wondering if it was a foreshadowing of this.

They will have all employees involved in the Reduction in Place done before year end to keep the cost in 2020.

With Chairman's team now gone with almost all of ASAP being eliminated soon and pretty much all customer and agency escalations/concern areas eliminated there is no more escalating or challenging anything. Also underwriting went to a zero exception ideal over The last few years. The world of black and white with no gray area has been entrenched within this company. If the customer or agency doesn't like something then tough. Go elsewhere or we dare you to open a DOI complaint is Allstate's stand. Good hands my rump.
So sorry to hear. I think we are all trying to figure out some sort of rhyme or reason. Just doesn't make since.
The chairman's team is the executive office of allstate. When customers want to complain to the top, or the CEO, they go to these educated, professional and very efficient group of people. I don't understand what's happening. Forgetting about the customer and only focusing on profit will not bring the corporation to the top 3. That's a guarantee. Cheaper will NEVER be better.
