Wonder if the new CHRO will be any better than the incompetent bully that’s been running the show. You might want to stop kissing his A@& and start doing your job. Take a look at you leadership team and the lack of experience they have in their roles. We all know why they are in those roles and the illegal and incompetent decisions that were made to put them there. Favoritism, ineptitude and overpaid circus clowns are the hallmark of the HR leadership org you inherited.

It’s sure been quiet since the Grim Reaper left us. I guess he took his hatchet with him or maybe the new CHRO sent it out to be sharpened. After 15K lay-offs, the blade has to be pretty dull and worn out. Or maybe we have a real HR leader now

You should have spent more time in college getting a BS in Brown Nosing. Hertz has always highly valued this curriculum. In AP operations an MBA in Blowing is prized as well. Might be time for you to enroll for some courses at the University of Phoenix.
