Riffs?! People are leaving, started looking months ago, one person put in their notice, claimed to have gotten Covid and cruised their remaining time, it’s getting comically tragic...

Here in lies another HR business case scenario.... Layoff now and pay severance or layoff later/manage you out and pay no severance but pay you 401K match.... great application for Quantum computing, find the best ROI. Worst case doomsday scenario is pay you 401 + severance. They really hate that one.
They are focussed onthe footprint reductions and transitions at this point. Low risk unless you are at sites being consolidated.
