It makes me sick to see an email breaking down how well Allstate did last quester, but had to lay off so many employees to get there... corporate greed at its finest.

While I agree that hard work, morals and respect are important i think what leadership at allstate is lacking is a vision, a plan for getting there, and a management culture that can work together to execute on the plan.
- but hey, if success depended on self-congratulatory and self-dealing among leadership then allstate is bound for glory
Cannot buy your way to success by buying another company nor can you borrow your way to success. True success is earned by hard work, great principles, morals, and Treating others the way you want to be treated. I Allstate Insurance is none of these things.
Seriously is this company destroying itself watch next quarter bet it's no so in the green when customer flee in masses
Coming from the same misled company that thinks outright buying a competitor for billions in cash while laying off thousands (many more than the 3800 lies) is good market growth this falsified image of Allstate's growth is borderline fraudulent. The only ones that "grew" last quarter are the already ridiculously inflated bank accounts of Tom Wilson, Glenn Shapiro, and insider trading fat cat criminal shareholders of Allstate.
