They are reorganizing and when they do that they eliminate positions and make you apply for a new role. Have personally experienced this. Sales heads (and sales leaders) will be reduced for sure.
There has been a significant investment in making our sales people more successful and in retention activities so I don’t believe that there is a plan fir the types of curs being talked about here.
Already happend in the commercial security organization.

Sales people are entirely over rated. Bloated people with with even higher bloated ego's that frame situations like a TRUMP. It's all about them...... Get rid of them and build a BOT.
And just how small will this company be in 5 years time?
