Heard from a trusted source last week that Morris Plains is going to be closed soon. If you work there look for another job immediately.

@iemn, alternatively, have an attorney send them a request on legal letterhead.
@iemn, can you show up there to collect it? Of course the trip would cost you as much as your belongings are worth. Do you have a trusted colleague there who could help? Sad that HON is as inhumane as it is. Last time I got RIF'ed, that company packed up the contents of my office and couriered 11 full shipping boxes to my house.
I was laid off this summer from PMT (remote worker across the country) and had a locker in Morris Plains with personal effects including business suits and emergency medication (inhaler and epi pen) so I could easily hop a plane on a moments notice. I have repeatedly emailed HR to have my belongings mailed to me as they requested the key back when I turned in my computer. No one will respond to my emails. Any advice on how to retrieve them as the items are worth over a grand (designer shoes and clothing).
With PMT going to Houston that leaves a few corporate, Aero and AM folks. Some of the PMT people will get relocation packages, the rest will be told they can move to Houston or be terminated. I am not sure what is going to be done with AM - but I hear that will be gone soon too. Face it, they don't want a presence in NJ any longer than they have to. Who moves a company to another state without having an office or enough room even for the people you move down (2 locations rented). This company is going to hell in a handbasket at the expense of the employees. YAY stock is up- but you let go of so many people in a horrible job market. Great Job Honeywell
Not until Charlotte building is done. Possibly Summer 2021? Get your resumes out now though.
Are they going to offer job relocation or severance?
