This rumor applies to Minneapolis,Minnesota site.
However, the way the running aerospace and I could see him selling the whole thing off.

It was in the news that Residio is selling the old corp site in Golden Valley. Not a rumor. Looks like a sale/leaseback deal.
No, I won't provide validation. A 30 second Google search will provide that.
What is interesting is if there is any Aero work / workers at the Residio sites. Could be a problem for them
Have tried selling aero in the past, but no luck doing so
You are telling me instead of competing with making better thermostats or smart devices which are the future. HON will close the site, I would not expect nothing less the future is what we sell (employee jobs).
The way I heard the rumor is Resideo is selling off their MN sites so if AERO was subletting from them they will close those sites
For those of you in AERO that don’t know about the rest of Honeywell, Resideo was a spin-off of legacy ACS SBG that did home equipment like thermostat and security items
