How bad is oil gas? Alright if an operator and you can squeeze the life out your suppliers.
When will someone step up, never! Slb will re-org itself out of business for employees. Executives will be okay.....

The blue print for what?
To make sure ceo executives and n-1, n-2 all the way down are pretending to say the right thing. When the rubber hits the road- protect and hide until the dust settles and ignore integrity.
Trust takes years to build and is destroyed quickly to protect a chief ego who cannot admit mistake. As they cannot admit a mistake, you get away with it and will repeat.

Be thankful that your company has at least "dipped its toe' into the reality of the future, unlike your major competitor, which has NOT a clue about what to do, other than to attempt to use its name, and long lost 'reputation' to stay alive.

Which renewables? What are talking about? SLB engineers will go and install solar panels?
Or you say word "renewables" and do not care what does it mean?
Falling service sector or failing slb or both ....?
Like everything is a cover up.....for inadequate ability to get sales increase or pricing for something slb are supposed to be expert at technology! Cannot even get value for their own product and services- now want to move into another space renewables when unable to conquer their own! Fix your own house first!!!
Blue Print- it looked fantastic, presented well and provided a comfort blanket.
The reality “integrity” does not exist and never has across the company. What exists is loyalty in key roles- especially anyone who climbs up. I saw first hand integrity- it was fantastic manager strong, who in the end got squashed by dis-loyalty of doing the right thing all the time.
The phrase often used was.... “who is your sponsor”, Ie who a*se are you kissing and making them look good no matter who else you kick or squash... or fake revenue or fake SQ closure, or fake M&S, or fake results...
