The answer is a big NGH. Never gonna happen. NGH is also a TLA. Three letter acronym. You learn something new every day.
There was a post earlier that addressed this. From what I remember about that post: you can make an appointment to see your file with HR.
Do you really want to see your employee file? Ignorance is bliss. Most of it is subjective anyway.
