Analysts questioned the dtv strategy and price at the time of purchase. It was a negative business at the time. The Stank said 1+1 = 3 and told the analysts to F/O . End result: debt , reorgs , layoffs and no growth .
Wait, what? AT&T has a TV service? And I can be the one and only customer they have left? Sign me up...it comes with HBO Max for free right?

Not only did they lose 600k+ wireline & satellite customers, but they also LOST 37k subs from the "TV Now" streaming service. If they can't keep people on the platform they created to move their satellite customers to, they may as well try to find a buyer for that failure as well.

when cord cutting starts get be more expense than a typical internet and cable subscription why bother. streaming is overrated and att is clueless about anything much less new trends.
There is just so much bias and unsubstantiated non truths on TV these days that nobody wants to watch it let alone pay exorbitant cable prices just to get it!
