Last update from my CSL is we will continue to be on full assignments at least for the next several weeks. This is so degrading. I don’t even have time to use their resume writing services and whatnot since I am still swamped with work and a nervous wreck looking over my shoulder since they are probably monitoring my every keystroke waiting to fire me for cause. I guess this is the point though. Throw mud at us to make us rage quit since unemployment benefits will likely have to be paid for a long time due to the economy. I guess I will be logging in tomorrow to call out on these two new claims that just came in. I hate my life. I am so pathetic. You win, Allstate.

Your claims will be sitting there for someone else. Use the services like resume writing and interview techniques. The resume class was informative and it’s only an hour. Shut off your phone and claims system. You need to put yourself first right now.

And when the survivors get the laid off adjusters’ sh– claims, CSLs nationwide will just shrug tell you to be thankful to have a job. Let’s blame the heathens that were fired! Lazy ppl leaving behind all this work!!!
I don’t know you unrepped, but I implore you, and anyone else selected, DO NOT internalize this. The company has donned us with this scarlet letter of shame, that somehow despite our performance (65%), our “personality” results raised such red flags, and we bombed so miserably against our poor performing peers at solving puzzles (30%), the company had no choice but to elevate the poor performers above the higher ones targeted for termination.
DO NOT BUY INTO THAT BS!! We all know the real reason ($$$$$)
My advice, use your PTO and remaining occurrences strategically to manage your workload - as best you can.

I get it, in the same position. I had a customer tell me how disappointed he is in the company. Very hard to keep my mouth shut 🤐. I can’t cancel my policy w them soon enough. Can’t even get the agent to call me back- typical Allstate.
You should read your message and maybe reflect on your character a bit. Perhaps your work ethic and attitude is why you got fired and most of your colleagues didn’t.

Same boat here. It’s too bad this job our family’s only source of income. I wish they would’ve just given me a a notice equal to the amount of days we can be off of assignments. Time to get dumb.
