First of all, of all the data power brains and analytics, all we got are average scores. I'm sure that are tons of insights in these averages, and management will develop a concrete road map to fix everything. Not going to happen. (We are in the wrong business, should become a survey vendor and charge big bucks for providing averages.)
For those of you in ACC, be prepared for a significant round of beating in the head to up the scores on the next survey. McFresh had most average and below average, not looking good for him personally, which translates into more pain for worker bees.
Don't take my word for it, go see the results yourself. And you will know why they dumped eNPS, culture scores are way better in appearance due to how the questions are structured.
