I remember a time when excelling at what you do and going the extra mile meant you were going to get ahead at Allstate. Now it's the opposite. Brown-nosers and sycophants are being rewarded and the best employees are being punished with layoffs! How the hell did things go so wrong so quickly???

Brown-nosers and sycophants indeed. Almost want to tell them to wipe their f—ing noses, even virtually you just want to tell them to shut the f— up and go move in with their TL while they're at it.
Yep. They brought Shapiro in to do exactly what they are doing. Same thing he did at Liberty Mutual. I'm sure he will cash out his stock & do it to another company in a few years. Then he can tell them how much he loves animals while firing human beings.
