You get a call with your RCL and CSL. RCL reads a script and tells you that you are let go. On my Team my CSL and the top performer was let go. I dont think performance is being used for the lay offs.

Who was your CSL? I’m from Camelback too.
The test is being used to CYA. In my department it looks like favorites were spared and those selected to be laid were chosen by leadership. We played this game by naming the favorites and knowing we was going to be eliminated. So far in the process, they are proving the theory right.
Same in Cal Desert
We are just numbers on a spreadsheet.
Those assessments was some b—s—. I finished all the puzzle and that dumb–sessment. They already knew. None of that other stuff mattered..
