How will you keep your customer service experience promise to the customer as well? Why didn’t they just tell us yesterday? Or told everyone Wednesday without announcing it?

Voicemails will be returned on a case by case basis and I WILL NOT be returning VM the same day. Sorry not sorry.

To hell with these customers! As an adjuster, I'm so sick of hearing them complain about not being in good hands. Guess what? We arent either. I'm sorry, but I'm not going the extra mile on inquiry calls either. DONE!!!
If you are safe, you’re only safe on this round. As they figure out how to move more more work to India more and more of us will get laid off overtime
I couldn’t appreciate Cheryl’s request to remain focused on our customers after the feel of that call. We will always do what we can to focus on our customers because that is who we are. Good luck to all of you.
