Looking through all these posts, if they are true, we are reducing headcount across a wide spectrum of roles. It's head count driven.
Right now the people who want to leave the most are likely to be the ones in the roles that are the most impacted by Corona and therefore with the least revenue. They are already unhappy and would take a Voluntary Separation for the team. This would save the many highly motivated people who seem to be desperate to stay and are commenting in this post.
Why not list VR's and see what bobs up?
Morale would improve, the costs would lower. The reason people are hanging around even with no revenue is the lack of knowledge of what next, a basic VSP would move them on and leave a hungrier and motivated team grateful for a role. This is far lower cost than spending a year managing the role out if the market has gone the way it has?
