Sounds like another Ratty financial engineering plan.

  • Move out the debt till it is due long after Ratty, Stinky and the Board of Misdirectors are dead.
  • Increase the debt, so Ratty and Stinky can justify laying off more employees.
  • Get more cash so Ratty and Stinky can increase the perks and retirement and their so well deserved compensation for a job well done!
