Who cares if the SLS has substance or not? The company is going to merge and merge until it cannot Tahan then close... Before that, as long as your wallet has substance already !!! Remember no matter WTF happens in the company, not your problem. Just go in with a farmer's mindset, go in farm and farm. when it is time to go home, please turn off your phone and go. Yes I have heard something about retrenchment. Word is that it is not on a voluntary basis. Selected employee will get informed whereby they can choose to be paid 3 months salary and leave the company. Or stay 3 months for the company to re-evaluate.

When SCP was making money hundreds of millions in 2020, EM is losing billions of dollars. They told you as a company we did not make money.

Now company is making billions of dollars, they tell you site is not earning.
Of course, upstream sells downstream with high crude oil price, the margin will be low. What do you want employees to do?

they sent not so great leaders in tc from sg leh. if they really open their eyes who can do jobs they will send other people at site. so many talented individuals at site than the "expats" in kl from sg. what a joke. managers engineers supervisors all included ah. lousy! tc not moving because of the leaders too. self centered ma! expats so rich!
