For jobs they know they $120k plus laid off won’t accept
I'm sticking with my annual pay rise and bonus, been double digits for the last 5 years so will keep my head down and keep taking the raises.

Duh. Out with the old expensive crew and in with the shiny new grads who will work for 60% less and have no pension!
Don't agree with it at all, but is typical...and now the COVID-19 mess is allowing them to force out the olds for an army of starry eyed pups.
Also T lays off in the US and hires newbies over in Mumbai too! You just don't see the job ads.
