when does at&t buy a garbage company....

that type of acquisition would fit it real smooth, integration would be seamless.

As a DTV employee, I saw the filthy dump truck coming when AT&T swung around the corner and loaded us into the back.

I wonder if AT&T'ers realize how little the rest of the industry thinks of them? How AT&T's employee base actively squashes innovation? How the last CEO made fun of "phone company culture" to the press while assuring them that Time Warner people would be okay because he would separate them? How he launched the 2020 initiative as a way to tell AT&T vets that you have no skill set, you're lazy, and you're entitled? I mean, your own CEO was engaged in a war with you. Stop and think about that for a moment.

And I love how AT&T employees act like DTV screwed everything up for them. What's funny is that prior to your awful company picking up DTV, your brilliant CEO had already given T-Mobile billions of dollars and free spectrum, paving the way for the wireless company everyone really admires right now.

I honestly don't see how any of you have any pride or dignity, and your pathetic cheapshots at DTV show how petty and resentful you are, which is also how I would describe the culture at AT&T.

Enjoy the years ahead; they will be full of in-fighting, backstabbing, lying and sabotage as you fight to keep your jobs.

And let's face it, you will need to fight. Because most of you wouldn't last 90 days at another company, and you're undoubtedly living outside of your means.

Why organic growth and a focus on core competencies would be the correct answer. This deosnt square with synthetic growth and "value extraction" with special deal fees maker fees and general OTT payouts.

AT&T essentially has four strategies. Maintain the dividend, Lay-off, re finance short term debt with long term debt and sell assets.

Anything other than these four is a distraction!!

Corporate strategy and planning are unnecessary functions at this point in time.

That it folks!!

institutional investors jumping ship,
It reveals that this class of investors actively sold AT&T's shares during the last 13F filing cycle, thereby suggesting that they're not too confident about the telecom giant's near-term growth prospects.
Over the past three years the T share price has declined at a faster rate than they paid dividends, giving a negative total return. You would have been better off over the past three years keeping the money in a checking account that doesn't pay interest.....

I don’t think garbage companies fit in with the nwo att plans unless the can burn nuclear waste underneath and subject the citizens living by it to polluted air around from the he burning nuclear waste.

If that happens they would sign each customer to a One Year Contact
At the end of one year you would be required to Trade In your old trash can for the newer model

They would also have the family plan if more than one trash receptacle was needed In your household (Additional Receptacles )
You the customer would be responsible for taking care of your ATT Trash Receptacle
You will be offered a extended warranty covering any damage with a full new no extra cost replacement if added to your contract
$9.99 per month or you can purchase 12 months for $99.99
Without the warranty you will be responsible for the replacement cost of 200.00 plus administrative fee $20.00 With free delivery 🚚 For Each Trash Receptacle

Customers will be billed $18.99 monthly (1 trash receptacle) for pickup once a week ( each additional Trash receptacle will be $9.99

Early termination of your 1 year agreement/contract will result in early termination cost

This barely $30 a share company has upset every conservative thinking person in the US. Dump CNN and watch the stock go up $5-10 per share. Run it like a business not a political organization!
