Im one of the admins at PA ... thanks god my joob is safe and im looking forward to be on this company for quite of bit... also my salary is stuck on CL4 ... they are offering 30 more position for GHRN admins countrywide if you guys are looking for this.. also GHRN Admin is a great position with a lot of decision to make and people with managment skills and problem solving could fit right... ( people from express ) please dont apply you just create task for any nonsense

Who ever you people are that are being so disrespectful to your fellow co workers who are in Express, We are micro managed and have to be back in "auto in" status ready for that next call that comes in (which calls are usually back to back) after completing our call we have 1:50 seconds which consist of fixing whatever the issue was concerning and then document the details of the whole call. We do this on every call and if that isn't enough we spend a lot of our time taking YOUR calls. We actually try assist the customers you NEVER call back, a lot of the time we can't help them to get the problem resolved but believe me I don't waste my time creating task on files that are not being handled in Express. If I have an issue I call your office and if I can't get you I stay with them until I get them someone who can help them. Now if that's not enough...take into to consideration we also make much less and work just as hard. In my over 20 years with the company we have always done everything we can to help you if it was in our realm.

Well they’re keeping their jobs and the people who get paid to think aren’t, and lots losing based on a damn puzzle, so no wonder there is hostility.. I’m pretty hostil feeling toward the express reps in my office who’s opt all calls I have to take all day long

people need to stop talking down on the call centers . Place you frustration toward management not each other that’s what management wants is to be at odds with each other . Just like the damn government keep the pit people against each other to distract us from the real problems damn wake up !

A dumb call center?
It is shame to see other employees of the same company talk so bad about other departments! (Express) For those who think Express just adds tasks and we don’t know what we are doing? You need to observe a day in Express and maybe you would appreciate Express employees!

Really punching down here. As someone who is an adjuster who worked as a processor in Express, you have no idea the amount of stress those ppl are under. 2 mins between phone calls and micro managing at its absolute worse with basically no control or say so. You shouldn't judge a position you never worked.

OMG Im a VTA adjuster in FL and express... express they create task for anything and everything... they dont resolve any issue or handle any customer inquiry... they dont work really ... its just like a dumb call center.. sorry guys but is the true
