Working here is becoming more mentally taxing. Does anyone else feel the same?

I really don’t care about the quality of work I do anymore because the A- - oles I now work for have made me very bitter! The company overall is in a downward spiral and senior mngt wants you to think everything is OK! Not even close!
Absolutely I’ve been an employee of AT&T for 28 years and I can tell you I can’t stand it anymore!!

Wife and I have not taken a vacation in six years. Instead of spending the money we put it away for when I get surplussed. That is the AT&T way of life.
Do my job, get paid. Don't give a f*ck about anything else related to this company.

I understand the feeling. There are several things we can do each day. Say a kind word to someone. Listen to a person in need. Give someone a smile. Encourage others to be nice to one another. These actions have no cost. You will feel better.
I stopped caring about T the beginning of this year when they decided to screw me over. Now, I just do my job everyday, nothing more cuz, I don’t care if it succeeds or fails...no swear, no stress, end of day!
Care less and it won’t bother you so much. It’s a job. You and I don’t rub the company. Let them screw it up. I’ll just do what I’m asked and nothing more.

I find that once you have enough money socked away, you can literally stop caring about anything at T. Just go get a second job and make two paychecks and see how long it takes them to figure out that something is amiss. I have no doubt anyone could swing it for at least 18 months and when the heat comes up.... quit. Then go do it again. As long as you minimally get done what they want done, who cares? Randy and Stinky make literally tens of millions per year each with salary, bonus, and stock grants. When they retire, they get their base salary for life as well. Why should any of us care what they think. The French took folks like them to the Bastille.
I find it less and less taxing the longer I manage to hang around. Because I care less and less.

Only with each passing day, the axe swings closer to one's neck. Yes, it's very hard to concentrate on any work tasks at hand thanks to the new and improved toxic environment. That and waiting for the next corporate junk email to come out and inform you of a new form of castration op leadership has discovered.
Yes, taxing because your supervisor is no longer engaged not to mention has become a super @-hole and everyone around him knows this except him!
It's a job.
It's not supposed to be fun.
That's why they have to pay you to show up.
