I know that seems to be the order of the day on this forum, and people use it to vent their frustrations with the company. That's fine... to a degree, but we can also recognize when it does things well or right.
McElfresh's recent memo about re-figuring performance targets for 2020 due to covid is an example. It's the right thing to do, and they are doing it. Regardless of if some say "they would get sued if they didn't"... well they ARE doing it.
Also I recently had Directv installed at my home. The experience was nothing short of excellent. I know this is not what people come here to complain about but there's plenty of that to be found elsewhere. Still, it's the same story - the bad news sells, so it gets written about more.
I think a lot of the problems are a product of the times we live in. There is no way anyone could have predicted how something like covid would change the world, or for that matter the now-old story, the internet. We all do what we can with what we've got. Sometimes you're the pigeon, sometimes you're the statue.
