hold times for technical support are crazy!!! Surely they cant be getting rid of any more tech people and need to be bringing more in??

If you are able to access myatsc and do a search, the quickest way to report a ticket is to scroll down to the bottom after searching for your issue and clicking on submit a ticket at the bottom left. The second quickest way is to chat.
Maybe you should learn how to use your own equipment.
For years it’s been this way. I’d rather taste my own blood than have to call ATSC. I’d rather drag my tongue through 20 miles of ground up glass than open a ticket with them. Absolutely horrible service.
And when they do answer they are of no help! Always a hassle and hours of wasted time
