Bonus? Covid is their perfect excuse to pay you no bonus. In executives' minds, you're just lucky to still have an att job, and you should kiss their woke butts for it and transform it leave.

your bonus is that you did not get surplussed.
The purpose of a bonus is to get you to cheat and falsify records as much as possible in order to achieve a higher bonus. And if your subordinates don’t cheat along with you, then they are threatened with disciplinary action until they comply....because ethics.
There will be no bonuses, dollars-to-donuts. Didn't McElfresh state earlier this year that we didn't get full bonus this year because employees didn't perform enough to make the targets? That was probably due to the firing of talented people who did not live near a Collaboration Zone (which, ironically, now sits empty) and employees left had to take on that load. They will use COVID as reason to cite no bonuses and then somehow blame it on us.
Ann Chow said in her town hall on Monday that the board of directors is considering what to do about bonuses for 2020 and 2021.
So no decision has been made about bonuses for 2020 yet, and anyone posting “information” to the contrary is wrong.
They are going to end up giving low level management some paltry sum (citing the pandemic), and then pat themselves on the back ferociously for it. GUARANTEED.
