Stepens Webcasts - "Quite Frankly"

Just a heads up - whenever he says "quite frankly" (and he says that a lot) it means he's lying. That's not just me talking that's psychology 101.

It means he's nervous and is trying to cover up for what he is saying but knows it's not true. He would never pass a lie detector test!!!
