Ms. Herold "plans to file a complaint with the U.S. Office of Special Counsel alleging retaliation against a whistleblower if the department follows its verbal order with a formal notice of involuntary reassignment".

DJT is the president LE has always dreamed of, in his most vivid nocturnal episodes.
It's wrong. But he knows hecwill get away with it. Oracle is below the oversight radar, they focus on the real big tech companies.
By the way, when our beloved LE steps away having sold you all out or off, you are getting DJ as the main guy. Not the Miami one, sadly.

whoever mentions H1B is a loser who feels entitled to something. Work on upskilling instead. US is better of engaging workers on a visa that pay taxes here, otherwise same jobs will be outsourced to other countries and US would lose taxes. BTW, it is about 6-7k US$ in expenses everytime a H1b is filed/extended—ever wondered why a company is willing to go that route?

If you ever want the H1B situation corrected, the enforcement of laws against companies like Oracle, then you don't want DJT. DJT is in the pocket of powerful and wealthy people like LE and he will do anything to be re-elected. He doesn't care about H1Bs, he cares about money.
