Rcvd an email today to remind us to complete the survey. Less than half of the staff under my VP have completed it as of last week. I wonder how that gets interpreted- people too busy, or simply do not care anymore.

“ I'm sure management is as bored reading the surveys as we're bored filling them out“

I guarantee you L3 and up won’t find mine “boring”.

If I’m taking the time to fill out this mandatory voluntary survey, I’m giving honest feedback. I don’t care if it’s anonymous or not. I’m professional and entitled to my opinion about whatever they ask. This new survey format is so lame. It only allows you to choose 3 areas and you cannot choose more than one thing under each. You can really tell they want our critical feedback. Sure.

Reply to the survey using all the buzzwords they have used in the recent Town Hall meetings that everybody seems to be having lately. I'm sure they won't be able to figure out what you are saying either!

I would suggest that no one take the survey, this would send a message. I know some still believe their voices are heard, therefore give the survey all the highest scores, I'm sure "leadership" will change their ways.

These surveys are about as useful as mental mas—ation , they mean nothing, the only surveys corporate cares about is what the market says about them every day, their investors (activists and otherwise) and the motivation of the executives (performance bonuses, stock options and exit packages) ..

These big corporations are so lame with all this busy work asking for employee feeling, when none of it matters..

Just so all are aware, it was stated today that this "culture survey" has replaced eNPS permanently.

Problem is our CEO knows everything

ENPS is also 100% optional. There’s no reason to do either of these surveys unless you want to.

"I liked the question asking what you'd say to the CEO that he doesn't know."

I've got a few options for you.

1 - I'd you hold him close enough, you can hear the ocean.
2 - ¬This person is depriving a village of an id–t
3 - If you had a penny for his thoughts, you'd get change.
4 - This guy is out of his depth in a parking lot puddle.
And finally, this CEO should go far, and the sooner he starts, the better!

No more eNPS surveys, the results are way too ugly. Let's ignore reality where ever we can, loving the new approach.

I liked the question asking what you'd say to the CEO that he doesn't know. I was so tempted to write how everyone thinks he's an ignoramus, nobody respects him, and that he'd be a failure even as the guy mopping up the spilled urine at a truckstop diner.

I don't care if they "figure out who I am", as I have simply provided my feedback as requested. Though again, having been involved in these for many years, I never saw a UID tied to a particular survey, or was asked to determine that.

I agree it would be powerful if no one, or 10% or less responded. But that's not going to happen.

I prefer to spend some time and give some feedback. I don't care if they don't care. I know they get read at the highest levels.

Do not reply. They care zero about what you think. And don't think for a second they can't figure out who you are if they so chose. The most powerful response, is indeed no response. Smile, wave, and make $$$$.

I just lambasted senior executive leadership in that thing. In a professional manner of course.
