How many emails are we going to get about “adapting to change” and other such nonsense from Santone? This isn’t our first go around with change and serving customers? A personal action plan? Take a long walk off a short pier, you dimwit. “Transform How We Connect”, eh? I nearly knocked myself out from my epic facepalm. These ppl are so completely out of touch with their frontline folks.

- transforming your world to an all fiber ip based software defined network so we can connect everyone where they live work & play( of course, we may have to high cost you to get that fiber in there)..... as I'm pulling the 5th manufacturer discontinued smart jack off my truck, hoping it'll light up & I can get this 56k back in service
