I dont think Allstate knows who they want to lay off! I think they are using an assessment to decide. Or they already know who and just saving face. This is just weird! Makes no sense. Tired of all the waiting. Thank you tho. This pushed me to go back and get my Masters. Time for me to be an executive too.

they had all employees sign the arbitration agreement (or be fired) last year so that they can't sue...
They may know who the want to get rid of but they need to follow the formula as directed by legal otherwise they will have issues if someone decides to sue
They know who they want to lay off. I think they are using RIF’s to close entire offices.
