Poster @1ipp+16l6ASLD was correct the last time the field adjusters were laid off there were a few adjusters in our state that received the fed ex package the evening before. It was handle very poorly. Even the call was a little harsh from what I understand with limited support from CSLs and upper management.

In 2017 the adjusters were on one of 2 calls. One indicated elimination of their position and the other one they were being retained at this time. Once the the calls were over we received the FedEx package - in some cases people received the pink slip FedEx package before the calls even took place. Horribly handled. This time I bet they do the same thing or have the poor leaders going through the same thing communicate the outcome. :(

Not true, they were told to log onto a conference call and it was arranged that their severance package was delivered that same day after the call. You really shouldn’t comment when you have no idea what you’re talking about.

Didn’t get one myself but from what I understand it was instructions how to return your computer/company car

How awful that must have been. If I may ask, what was in the package?

When auto adjusters got laid off in 2017 they received a fedex package in the mail, that’s it, no email, no call
