Misuse of the term "Leader"

Why do the T execs constantly insist on calling themselves leaders?

Leaders inspire others to follow. Leaders show vision, and understand that the welfare of those they lead is a top priority. Leaders understand the situation and actively work to resolve problems. Leaders anticipate challenge and find creative responses. Leaders aren't afraid of admitting mistakes and using them to learn. Finally leaders aren't selfish rat basetards who willingly sacrifice others for their own benefit.

T execs are not leaders. I hate they keep referring to themselves by that term.

More like leading the Lemmings. Right over the cliff. "Leader" is appropriate at this point.

Leaders inspire those to follow by leading by example. Case and point, out great President Trump shows how it should be done, and how it can be done, taking charge and driving it home boys. That's what a leader looks like.

Dardis was a real leader. A leader of character and competence and Fenoglio's right arm person at TU

They’re good at leading this cesspool into the drain and a buttload of debt so I would say the definition of leadership fits

I am a veteran. Over 20+ years here, there have been a couple folks in positions of authority I would have followed into battle. These executive clowns that call themselves leaders would have lost the war a long time ago. They inspire no one, and in fact do the complete opposite.

Remember Ken Fenoglio, Randy's biggest cheerleader and head of TU. This is what he said about leadership. Does Stank or any of his cronies fit into any of these? I'll leave the assessment for you to ponder.

  1. Character - people want to know that there is a higher purpose and that they are working for people with character.
  2. Getting results - you have to bring it.
  3. Personal capability - you have to be good at something.
  4. Great interpersonal skills - finding out what makes people tick and having a good understanding of people.
  5. Leading change - this is the hardest because the world isn't stable.

It is pronounced as "LEAD" the heavy metal that is denser than most common materials. That definition pretty much sums up the "LEAD-ers" of AT&T: dense and heavy that will sink to the bottom of the ocean as the direction T is headed.
