Good ol' Mo, I worked in his previous org before his rapid ascension to greatness. He was a big mouth piece while those reported to him did all the work. Foot soldiers were rewarded $100 awesome service excellence awards. Meanwhile, Mo climbed 2 or 3 levels up, lost count. This is what the succession and promotion pipeline looks like all over the company, Diversity or not, it really doesn't matter, the ship will only sinks faster with these id–ts at the helm.
