This is what happens when the worst of the worst are promoted at AT&T, and everyone else (those with a modicum of professional competence) gets bullied out.
I get the feeling that there’s an army of ex-AT&T employees that work for the competition and love sticking it to their former employer.
I spent 10 years with AT&T Mobility before being laid off (Manager 1-B role) and have been managing at T-Mobile for more than 3 years now. I truly enjoy porting over AT&T customers to over to T-Mobile and dismantling their business as much as I possible can where I live. I know I’ve taken down well over $500K in MRC. If I can’t get them to switch to T-Mobile (random rural coverage issues) , I arrange for my friends at Verizon to take care of them. I don’t think AT&T takes into account just how much individuals prop up their accounts. Take out the individual, the accounts go with it. You matter! ... until you don’t.
What has AT&T become? A complete joke.
As a three year retiree of AT&T at age 59 I am thinking of switching to T-Mobile. If we can not keep up with this no name company what have we become?
