It was all I could do to not say to my customer “ sorry, your payment was delayed a week because the processor in India couldn’t figure out the $20 discrepancy in documentation” this is transformative growth!

I had Allstate roadside assistance for a few years, dumped them 5 years ago for AAA and when there was an issue AAA was really good up until a few years ago, I feel AAA has done some changes too since the past 2 times it was a pain trying to talk to their call center person, the last time it took an hour for the tow truck to get to me.

It’s hilarious, because this is how Allstate Roadside gets its terrible reputation.

When you’re stranded on the side of interstate with your kids in the car, you call and get someone from India who doesn’t understand a word you’re saying. You spend an hour phonetically spelling out street names and trying to teach them what an overpass is, then they send your call for dispatch to the lowest bidding tow company that takes another 3 hours to get there because Allstate is paying them $20 for a 50 mile tow. And that’s if the dispatcher in India didn’t put the pick-up address as somewhere in TX when you’re in CA.

This is the future of claims... lol. This company is literally being held together with duct tape and silly string, but I’m sure they’re going to pump billions into advertising.
