does anyone know what is included in the "enhanced severance" package? I really couldnt understand the PDF explaining the 3 different packages.

I think it means that it'll enhance Tom Wilson's wealth more with how bad you got shafted.
Advanced severance is just the name of the broadsword they use when you don't do well on your assessment test.
My understanding is that 401k match will continue, until the end of the year for employees with 3 calendar years of service and COBRA benefit cost will be no more than what your are paying with your plan right now monthly until the end of the year.
How is this any different than normal severance options for different tiers
