Allstate has become a sub standard insurance company. Sending 22000 american jobs to India. Are you in good hands? Customer service and Employee morale at all time low. Dont have enough staff at present to handle daily business and now to lay off more. Better start looking for another insurance carrier as Allstate has become the least favorite of just about all insurance carriers to do business with.

I work at a large university and if my daughter loses her job I will ask everyone I know to find another insurance company! They say they're trying to save money for their customers??? Who are they kidding? They are making more money for the executives and the people in INDIA!!! Shame on you, I hope you realize how many lives you have ruined!!! Sleep well MR. CEO
