Unless you own the company, don’t think your dedication and love for the job is something admirable and respectable. Don’t Love something that can’t love you back. They have made it clear that we are as expendable as cattle in a cattle herd.
And for the low level CSL who calls workers “My people” or “My employees” get over yourself and your ego. For one you don’t own the company so no employee is your employee. Secondly, you are just as expendable as the employees you were given authority over. Most do not look at CSL‘s as any type of expert but Only the ego makes them think they are.
