Allstate sending assessments and decisions will be make in yet another 6-8 weeks. Voluntary turnover is what they want so they don’t have to pay you severance, don’t fall for it. They want you to put your resume out there.

I've never taken more than 3 weeks to find a job, even after the 2008 crash and in this climate.

Newer people are cheaper.....13 years here and my experience doesn't mean sh–t...only 5%.

It take weeks and months to get a job. Don’t sit around and wait if your gut is feeling scary. Don’t do it to your families. Unemployment is not much.
Ive been here 8 months. Pretty sure ill get the boot. Already applying, if i a get better job before hand, then I'm out. If not, I'll keep going until the end.

For the people that have only been there a year or two... it wont make much of a difference...
If you have not been with the company at least 5 years, it doesn’t make sense to try to hold on. In this climate, it is not easy to find a job.
