Hi folks, I was one of the "lucky" ones off payroll 7/24. they owe me for 7/16 to 7/24 (pathetic POS folks, couldn't go until 7/31 oh well) and two weeks of vacation I accrued. for those who were in similar place previously how long after you were off payroll did you get your final paycheck? I was told it will be a live check not direct deposit. thanks

When I was fired at the beginning of the year I told my union Stewart if I was going to get pay my full cation that I had scheduled for this year and he told me that I was not going to get money.
Got direct deposit for pay and PTO prior to my last day, out of normal pay cycle
My final pay (which included my vacation accrued amount) and SIPP were direct deposited into my bank account.

Last check will show up in your mailbox on the next scheduled payday.
Depends on the state. Different states have different rules
