The arbitration agreement can not stop you from filing an EEOC claim. Protected classes educate yourself.
Remember, the tail end of 2019 everyone had to sign an arbitration agreement or your employment was terminated. Were you expecting another outcome?
No, but you might be able to file an STD claim.
If this mental distress happened in a personal relationship, I would have filed a restraining order.
Where did you hear the beginning of next year? Are you in claims?
