I truly believe many people throughout ATT would be more than willing to leave gracefully if only they would do the right thing and offer EVERYONE willing a severance package and not just targeted business units! I believe that would be beneficial to both sides of the equation! The problem is that T just hasn’t been smart about the whole process or anything else for that matter! We wouldn’t be in the position we’re in if not for bad management!

Agreed in ATO (now NEO, or whatever the flip...) it has been communicated several times to not expect any MVO's.

Which is short sighted. Keep your rushed 14 day window to get 'em out the door, but let people volunteer to go. Especially people already at MR75, who you're going to have to "retire" one way or another.
