All low performers must be out the door no later than 8/31. Notifications going out starting tomorrow. Enhanced low performer pkg. Instead of 8 weeks severance 12 and 2 months of cobra and no contesting unemployment. Already planned.
Next phase is regular techs based on the numbers rhey can justify with the FCC. Also being done by 8/31. Management affected in this round also.
